All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

Family Faith Studio gives every new account a free 7-day trial with full access to every tool — no credit card required to start. The trial is your risk-free window to decide whether the product is right for your family. Please use it.

Free 7-day trial

Every new family gets 7 days of full access to every feature, with no limits. You will not be charged during the trial. If you do not add a payment method, your access simply pauses at the end of the trial — we never auto-charge you.

Paid Family Plan ($9.99/mo)

Once you add a payment method and the Family Plan begins, all payments are non-refundable, including:

  • Monthly subscription charges, in full or pro-rated
  • Charges for billing periods you did not actively use
  • Charges that renew while your account is inactive or unused
  • Charges incurred after you forgot to cancel

We do not issue partial refunds, credits, or pro-rated returns for unused time within a billing period.

Cancel anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Subscription. When you cancel:

  • You keep full access through the end of the current billing period.
  • You will not be charged again.
  • You can export your journal as JSON or download a keepsake PDF before access ends.

Exceptions

We will consider refunds only where required by applicable consumer law in your jurisdiction, or in the case of a duplicate charge or a verified billing error caused by us. Email us with your account email and a brief description, and we'll investigate.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in your account being closed and access to your family's data being removed. Please email us first — we're a small team and we respond quickly.
